Orlando Marzo, Bar Manager
Before joining the Lûmé team, Italian- born Orlando Marzo was making a name for himself throughout the globe as a professional cocktail bartender.
Formerly of London’s renowned Milk and Honey, and Head Bartender at The Player, Orlando moved to Australia in 2013 and set his sights on Melbourne’s lively hospitality scene ― with a vision to work with the best and to make his own mark.
Since immersing himself in Melbourne’s cocktail culture as Head Bartender of Eau-de-Vie, it’s been Orlando’s skill, passion and attitude that initially drew the attention of Lûmé ― where he creates beverages which match the restaurant’s multidisciplinary approach.
